What We Do
sea-change provides recruitment services to solo practitioners, group practices, public and private ophthalmic companies, refractive laser centers, ophthalmic manufacturing companies, academic institutions and hospitals.

Additionally, we provide practice appraisals and consultation as to the optimal time to sell or merge your practice. We identify young ophthalmologists, experienced practitioners and corporate buyers to position your practice for sale at its maximum value.
